Yuan Is Here is a Taiwanese culinary brand founded in 2014 by Hong Kong pilot Ben and a Taiwanese chef. The brand is dedicated to showcasing the most authentic flavors of Taiwanese street food. The restaurant has been awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand recommendation for five consecutive years (2021–2025) in Hong Kong. Known for delivering a truly immersive night market experience, the restaurant makes diners feel as if they are walking the vibrant streets of Taiwan.

Course 1

Spicy Volcano Braised Beef Rice

Slow-braised beef is piled over steaming rice and crowned with a fiery mound of chili and spice that "erupts" with bold, numbing heat. Rich, hearty, and unforgettable, it's a dish for those who love their flavors turned all the way up.

Course 2

Fengjia Sausage in Glutinous Rice

A grilled glutinous-rice sausage is split open and wrapped around a juicy Taiwanese pork sausage, then loaded with pickled greens, garlic, and a savory-sweet glaze. Inspired by Fengjia Night Market, it's a smoky, satisfying handful of street-food joy.

Taiwanese Deep-Fried Chicken Cutlets

An oversized chicken cutlet is marinated, breaded, and fried until shatteringly crisp, then finished with a dusting of five-spice salt. Golden outside and tender within, this night-market icon is as fun to share as it is to devour solo.
